Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 170. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide excellent service to clients, collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocol.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Ability to obtain licensure within 2 years of hire and work in Oregon under an LCSW (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.).
  • 2 years of clinical experience, with confidence in working with various mental health diagnoses and a diverse client base.
  • Experience with completing mental health assessments, treatment plans, therapeutic interventions, and clinical case notes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check.
