Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Mother Baby unit as a PRN (per diem) nurse. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to effectively delegate tasks, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the achievement of our unit's strategic goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
