The Osceola County School District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional-Learning Resource Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our instructional support team, you will play a critical role in coordinating instruction at the school level.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate instructional activities and resources to support student learning
- Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure effective instructional delivery
- Provide professional development and coaching to support teacher growth and student achievement
- Monitor and analyze student progress data to inform instructional decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with a valid Florida teaching certificate
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience and one year experience as grade-level chairperson, team leader, or resource teacher
- Demonstrated competency in curriculum writing, development, and coordination
