We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our established and busy cardiology practice at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital Heart & Vascular Royalton.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities, with a focus on general cardiology, heart failure management, and post-hospital and post-procedure follow-up appointments.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a complex specialty setting
- Collaborate with a team of interventional cardiologists, non-interventional cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in call coverage, which is first-call and shared among the APPs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
