CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at SkySource Solutions. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC machines to produce metal parts
• Utilize secondary machines and tools to complete jobs
• Select and utilize cutting tools best suited for specific machining operations
• Load programs and change devices associated with CNC machine operation
• Make final adjustments to tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to obtain parts within specified limits
• Inspect and record dimensions for features generated
• Utilize inspection equipment to maintain quality standards
• Set up peripheral equipment and modify collets and holding devices as needed
• Manage Kan-Ban inventory and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• 1 year of machining experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Daily attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of machining and blueprint reading, including basic geometric tolerancing
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 75lbs with team assistance
