Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-time Team Member to join our team, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers, ensuring product quality and customer service meet our standards, and contributing to a teamwork environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to prepare delicious bubble tea to standard recipes
  • Create happy and memorable experiences for all customers
  • Ensure product quality and customer service meet company standards
  • Protect store assets by following safety, stock handling, security, maintenance, and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a tidy and clean work environment
  • Build a good teamwork environment by helping in problem-solving, customer relationships, and product quality
  • Monitor inventory levels and track potential shortages
  • Manage and create content for our TikTok
  • Complete assigned tasks by the company

Requirements

  • Ideal experience in driving a high sales-focused culture in a fast-paced food/beverage industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • Energetic person with a positive attitude and a can-do attitude
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with customers and the team
