Job Description:

Talent4Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and interpreting images to aid in diagnosis.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain medical imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines and echocardiography devices
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality
  • Interpret images to aid in diagnosis, working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement protocols for imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or related field
