Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists and hygienists during various treatment procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Take accurate dental x-rays and prepare equipment for procedures.
- Set up and break down operatory spaces, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow to ensure seamless care.
- Manage infection control protocols, preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to promote good oral health.
- Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns, working closely with our dental team.
- Perform quality impressions and bite registrations, using digital intraoral scans when necessary.
- Support patient charting for our doctors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform various office tasks as needed, collaborating with our practice team to deliver exceptional patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with active licensure, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice.
