Team Environment: You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team that values effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, services, and health education to residents.
  • Oversee the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Administer safe and precise medication-related interventions.
  • Evaluate residents' health and communicate changes to the physician; promptly execute new orders.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and implement nursing interventions.
  • Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
  • CPR certification.
