Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to generate sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community in Bishop, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.

About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will:

• Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, collaborating with leadership on marketing programs, and participating in community networking events.
• Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management.
• Closing smart business that aligns with Air Evac Lifeteam's objectives and practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience, preferably in the emergency medical transport industry.
• Cold calling experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
