We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team at Kenco Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching warehouse associates to ensure the efficient and safe movement of products through our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire team members to fulfill their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide backup support to the supervisor as needed and participate in inventory/cycle count activities.
  • Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
  • Complete applicable paperwork and reports as required.
  • Participate in daily safety inspections and ensure the facility is inspection-ready at all times.
  • Communicate and report any incidents to the supervisor.
  • Ensure product rotation procedures are followed and review daily production reports.
  • Serve as a backup to other warehouse roles as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
