**Job Summary**

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Automotive Refinisher to perform a variety of duties, including preparing color tints, mixing paint colors, and ensuring all paint operations meet OEM standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in paint operations and a certificate in auto body or ASE certification in refinishing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare color tints to match paint color
  • Mix paint colors and ensure all formulations meet OEM standards
  • Perform all-purpose duties, including prepping, painting, and curing
  • Ensure all paint operations are complete and all prior paint-related disassembly have been reassembled
