Job Summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Floor Tech. As the face of our gym floor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive the highest quality of service and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure the overall upkeep of the fitness floor, equipment, and surrounding areas, including cleaning, testing, and maintaining equipment, and reporting any facility issues to management.
  • Stock products and items, lubricate and grease circuit training equipment, and perform spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, and diamond plating.
  • Re-rack weights, disinfect equipment and upholstery, and dust facilities, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Active CPR/AED certification preferred.
