As a Housekeeper at KCN Campgrounds, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our campground facilities. This includes public spaces, accommodations, and other areas of the property.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning programs for specific buildings and facilities.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, responsive, and helpful to all guests' needs.
• Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles, and proper uniform and name tag.
• Submit lists of supplies needed for replenishment to your supervisor.
• Report broken or damaged items and customer problems to your supervisor.

• Clean and well-maintained campground buildings.
• Job duties completed in an efficient and timely manner.
• NPS scores reflecting satisfied guests.
• Friendly greeting, smiles, and professional attitude dedicated to serving guests.
• Cooperation and team spirit with all staff members.

• Basic reading abilities.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to operate a golf cart.
• Ability to work under wet and slippery conditions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures.

• Lifting up to 50 pounds, lifting and carrying 25 pounds regularly.
• Pushing and/or pulling approximately 200 pounds.
• Long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking.
• Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates.
