Primary Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
  • Assume cleaning responsibilities for all residences and common areas on a scheduled basis.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents, guests, and team members.
  • Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivery.
  • Keep housekeeping carts organized and well-stocked.
  • Notify management of maintenance needs and follow safety protocols when using chemicals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds independently and more with assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving of equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping.
  • Able to climb stairs and ladders.
  • Routinely perform duties in a safe and conscientious manner.
  • Able to follow instructions, accept constructive criticism, and work harmoniously with others.
  • Familiarity with common house cleaning devices and willingness to work with elderly populations.
