Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including 2D and 3D imaging
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and test results
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including radiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals, to ensure seamless patient care
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
