We are seeking a highly skilled Rigger Leader to join our team at the Strategic Systems Programs Office. As a Rigger Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of riggers and crane operators, ensuring the safe and efficient loading and offloading of missiles, guidance systems, and other related systems and components on and off Trident submarines.

• Lead a team of riggers and crane operators to ensure the safe and efficient completion of tasks
• Relay instructions and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Prevent work delays and report progress to supervisors
• Provide support in the areas of missile and missile support equipment handling, facility escort support, minor magazine maintenance, inspection of stored ordnance, and launcher component/equipment processing

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to lead or supervise
• Experience in rigging and crane operations
• Knowledge of missile and missile support equipment handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
