**Company Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled Independent Optometrist to join our team at Walmart. As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice and provide high-quality eye care services to patients in our stores.

**Estimated Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

**Job Description: Patient Care**

  • Provide comprehensive eye exams to patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, including nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and cataracts.
  • Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction devices as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9 form.
