Professional Janitor

This position requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping or janitorial experience and possess strong communication and customer service skills. They will also be able to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment and withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

• Provide deep cleanings, general cleanings, airbnb, post construction, move in/out services to clients
• Interior window cleaning as requested
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites REQUIRED
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions REQUIRED
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses REQUIRED
• Strong communication and customer service skills REQUIRED
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair (unless allergic) mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 per year, based on national averages and considering the required skills and qualifications.
