LPN/RN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Quail Park of Lynnwood. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies.
  • Provide education and training to caregivers on proper care techniques and medication management.
  • Monitor resident health conditions, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Document resident care and health information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in resident and family care conferences to ensure effective communication and care planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Nurse in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
  • Experience in training and team member development preferred.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and team members.
  • Strong documentation skills and basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks as needed.
