Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will provide maintenance, repair, and installation assistance for CNC machine tools to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site or remote technical support to customers for CNC machine tools, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
  • Develop and update technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contribute to product development by assisting and training customers' Service Engineers on installing and maintaining newer product lines.
  • Establish and maintain strong communication and customer service relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience or degree in a technical field, trade schools, or certificates.
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools, including metal familiarity.
  • Programming and operating CNC machines with 5-axis capabilities.
  • Experience with robotics, including Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mori Seiki, Doosan, DM, or similar machines.
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as PLC ladder diagrams.
