Job Title: Senior Quality Manager

Archer Daniels Midland Company is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead our Quality and Food Safety team in New Berlin, WI. This is an exempt-level position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure execution and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and be accountable for all Quality and Food Safety systems and performances for the facility and supportive warehouses.
  • Own site GFSI and PRP programs.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and good safety processes and programs are met.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and communication of corporate performance metrics as well as local metrics to improve areas of focus.
  • Responsible to be point of contact for all external customer, regulatory, and certification audits as well as follow-up and corrective action completion/verification of effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Four (4) year University degree in a science-related field (i.e., Food Science/Engineering, Microbiology, Food or Analytical Chemistry, etc.).
  • 8+ years' experience in managing quality control, quality assurance, and food safety in a food processing environment. Vanilla extraction and/or Flavors Quality experience preferred.
  • Experience in facility with SQF certification.
  • Human food safety auditing experience in an industrial setting.
  • HACCP/HARPC/PCQI trained.
  • Experience in Flavors business preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in GFSI schemes, organic, kosher, FSMA Food Safety Plan, and FSVP.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
