Sales Development Representative

At TraceGains, we're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through inbound leads created by our marketing initiatives and warm calls with engaged contacts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales principles, excellent phone communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work with Microsoft Office tools. If you're passionate about sales and driven to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Qualify leads from marketing initiatives to convert as many as possible into sales opportunities.
  • Generate new business through identifying, prospecting, and targeting leads within our contact database.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and contacts in the market through research leveraging available tools.

**Requirements:**

  • BS or BA degree in business or related field; or 4 years of applicable sales experience.
  • 2+ years of sales and industry experience in B2B sales of technology solutions or food & beverage manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  • Some proven success with prospecting and selling skills to land new accounts.
  • Highly self-motivated with competitive drive.
  • Excellent phone communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce strongly preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, plus variable commission. We also provide fully remote work environment, flexible paid time off, 401(k) plan, company match, profit sharing, and more.
