Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu to answer questions about food and drink offerings.
  • Input orders into the system quickly and accurately, making necessary modifications.
  • Be accountable for all sales linked to your station and complete assigned side work at the start and end of your shift.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating the point-of-sale system and handling financial transactions accurately.
  • Ensure food is garnished correctly and deliver orders to designated areas as needed.
  • Work efficiently while adhering to the principle of maintaining full hands in and out.
  • Participate in promotional activities and contests to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct bar inventory and complete requisition sheets as required.
  • Perform opening and closing duties in a timely manner.
  • Assist with event setups and breakdowns.
  • Support fellow team members as needed based on business demands.
  • Clear and reset tables as necessary.
  • Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, and responding promptly to guest requests.
  • Foster positive relationships with all team members to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Actively listen to guests' orders and communicate effectively with them and other team members through the point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and smile regularly.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possess strong communication skills to engage guests and promote the Dave & Buster's experience.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English.
  • Adhere to the dress code, presenting a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with various distractions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
