Lawn Doctor West Lake County is seeking dedicated individuals to deliver exceptional, customer-oriented lawn care services as Lawn Care Technicians. Our technicians serve as the face of our brand, applying high-quality, environmentally friendly products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing maintenance tasks, and presenting suitable new services to clients while in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a good attendance history. Previous experience in the lawn care sector is highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • The ability to operate machinery safely
  • The capability to meet production targets
  • The physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
