Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Mentor to join our team at JRI Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our youth and families, providing community-based services to support their behavioral and mental health needs.

Job Summary:

  • Provide community-based services, including CBHI services, skill coaching, job coaching, life skills training, activity planning, and crisis management.
  • Maintain positive relationships with outside agencies, families, and other involved parties.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to find effective methods of guiding and supporting youth in the community.
  • Support the clinical care of youth and their families in a home and community-based setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field from an accredited university with one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • Able to obtain and interpret information in terms of the needs of emotionally fragile, mentally ill youth and their families.
  • Maintains valid driver's license as transporting youth is required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
