Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive wages start from $50 per massage, including tips, or equivalent to $55,000-$77,000/ year based on a 30 hour work week. In addition, we offer up to $300 per month in Quality bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a variety of spa treatments, including relaxation and therapeutic massages, to our guests.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient turn over between guests.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active State Licensed Massage Therapists.
  • Reliable, punctual, passionate, and goal-driven professionals.
  • Professional and drug/alcohol-free individuals.
  • A passion for working with people and providing excellent customer service.
  • A can-do attitude and high energy level.
  • A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry.
