Position Overview
This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in project management, particularly within the Life Sciences sector.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent experience is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating a proven ability to enhance project outcomes.
• Experience in Life Sciences, including Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Laboratories, or Biotechnology.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement strategies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is required.
Essential Skills
• Proven experience managing projects through the software development life cycle.
• Proficient in both adaptive and predictive project management approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to teams and cross-functional groups.
• Strong facilitation capabilities for various project meetings, including Sprint Planning, retrospectives, and design discussions.
• Experience collaborating with departments such as commercial, operations, marketing, R&D, and quality assurance.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors is advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, MS Office, Atlassian/JIRA, Visio, and other project management software.
