Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Dining Area Maintenance
    • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
    • Clear and reset tables in a timely manner, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Supporting Serving Staff
    • Assist serving staff with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash and credit transactions.
    • Communicate effectively with serving staff to ensure seamless service and minimize wait times.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Restock supplies, including linens, utensils, and condiments, as needed.
    • Participate in side work, such as cleaning equipment and sanitizing surfaces, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience
    • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as food service, retail, or hospitality, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and move about the facility safely and efficiently.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
