Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Technical Product Management to lead our eCommerce initiatives and drive product engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning all product features across our eCommerce platform, leading the product team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the development of product features across our eCommerce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to drive business impact.
- Develop and execute product strategies to improve revenue share and reduce NPS detractors.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure strong execution of product plans.
- Be data-centric and make informed product decisions based on competitive intel, customer behavior, and business metrics.
- Drive innovation and definition of new products and features to deliver against team and company goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Drive definition of and execution against product go-to-market plans.
- Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with 10+ years in product engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
- Strong eCommerce experience with technical acumen.
- Technical understanding from high-level abstractions to the metal.
- Experience managing teams across disparate locations.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Confluence and JIRA.
- Strong background using data to determine customer behaviors.
- Proactive individual with a self-starter mentality and strong leadership skills.
