Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Telemetry setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telemetry or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
