We are seeking a Medical Director for Primary Care to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system.
This leadership role involves overseeing the development and implementation of primary care strategies, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting excellent clinical outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in primary care management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
As a Medical Director at Marathon Health, you can expect a competitive salary range of $215,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including non-production-based compensation, CME, medical license, DEA, and malpractice coverage.
In addition, you will enjoy regular provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds for ongoing learning and development opportunities.
Eligibility and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid MD or DO degree, an active state medical license, and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics.
You should also have CPR/BLS certification and a strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality improvement, and population health management.
