Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Aerotek, a leading provider of recruiting and staffing services. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for operating machines to bend and cut metal for exhaust systems in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to fabricate and assemble exhaust systems.
  • Use a variety of fabrication equipment, including brake press, shear, and roller former.
  • Contribute to the final assembly of exhaust systems.
  • Develop skills in welding and laser work.

**Work Schedule:**

  • 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 3pm-1am (10% shift differential)
  • OT available based on production needs

**Compensation:**

  • Pay: $23-$35/hr, based on experience and performance
