Repossession Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Repossession Agent to join our team at National Asset Recovery Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting the repossession of vehicles, boats, and other assets in a professional and efficient manner.

• Conduct repossession of vehicles, boats, and other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with debtors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and complete repossessions.
• Work independently to manage multiple repossessions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Utilize strong computer skills to access and update information in our database, as well as navigate our company's software systems.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the geography in the Cleveland, Ohio market and surrounding areas.
• Drive safely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining a clean driving record.

• Uncapped commission: $70 to $120 per vehicle, plus monthly bonuses.

• Valid Ohio driver's license with no more than two points on your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• 23 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bonus: Commercial vehicle tow truck driver experience, repossession agent experience, (RDN) Recovery Database Network knowledge, ClearPlan, skip tracing experience, current DOT medical card.
