Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

At Ensign Therapy, we are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Rock Canyon Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center in Pueblo, CO. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

About the Role:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Colorado.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Experience working with patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
