Founders Associate

As a Founders Associate, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our founder and take ownership of strategically important projects. You'll be responsible for generating ideas, prototyping, executing, and refining them to drive business growth.

You'll also help to streamline and professionalize key aspects of our value chain by continuously improving processes and establishing performance benchmarks.

Additionally, you'll lead your own projects, create comprehensive schedules, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze data to drive informed decision-making.

Throughout your tenure, you'll provide valuable insights on topics related to product development, process implementation, performance marketing, and sales.

We're looking for a highly motivated and adaptable individual who is currently pursuing or has already obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university or business school.

You should have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting.
