Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shuttle Operator to enhance our transportation services. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests and associates experience safe and efficient transit throughout the resort.

The Shuttle Operator is tasked with adhering to the established shuttle schedule while maintaining compliance with all traffic regulations. A focus on cleanliness and vehicle upkeep is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support in inclement weather, and managing luggage.
  • Conduct overnight drives and extended trips, often requiring flexible hours.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the vehicle.

· Navigate Island and Golf shuttle routes.

· Provide transportation for airport, train, and bus arrivals and departures.

· Conduct guest tours.

· Facilitate Sagamore shuttles for shopping, horseback riding, skiing, snowmobiling, rafting, and other activities.

· Handle the delivery and collection of messages, faxes, and packages throughout the resort.

· Ensure vehicles are cleaned and washed regularly.

· Utilize radio communication to coordinate with the base station and other vehicles.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience driving larger vehicles is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
