We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Director to lead our team at Woodland Heights Elementary School in Laconia, NH. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Overview

The Club Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the site, ensuring a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. This includes supervising and training staff, handling personnel issues, maintaining a healthy and safe environment, and developing and implementing programs that promote youth development.

Requirements
