Your daily responsibilities may include conducting assessments, administering IV therapy, performing EKGs, and providing medications, as well as employing skills for managing challenging patient behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment
- Creating Personalized Care Plans
- Adhering to Medication Administration Protocols
- Delivering Patient Care
- Managing Crises with De-escalation Techniques, Restraints, and Patient Seclusion
- Documenting Nursing Activities
- Collaborating with Physicians
- CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) or ATCN Certification - preferred
- Valid RN License in Pennsylvania
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of Professional Nursing experience
- Experience in Emergency Department or 1 year in Med Surg/Tele, or 2 years of recent acute care experience as a Paramedic - required
- Training in Mandated and Permissive Reporting
