Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate and enhance manufacturing workflows, tools, and fixtures
- Conduct process capability assessments to ensure operational efficiency
- Offer technical support to maintain seamless process operations
- Facilitate training for production staff on processes
- Contribute process insights for new and modified products
- Collaborate with management to resolve process and equipment issues
- Ensure precision in product routing and timing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles
- Oversee long-term capital enhancement projects
- Assist in developing and refining facility processes
- Travel as necessary for project-related tasks

Required Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management experience
- Background in process development
- Familiarity with Automation/PLC systems
