About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Plumbing Installation Professional to join our team at Champions Group Holdings.

$50,000-$100,000 per year

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing installation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and Repair Plumbing Systems: Install and repair plumbing systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to building codes and safety standards.
  • Ensure Code Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Follow safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Document Work Performed: Keep accurate records of work performed, including installations, repairs, and materials used. Document inspection results and submit reports for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Maintain Tools and Equipment: Maintain and care for plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other installers, plumbers, and contractors on larger projects, ensuring smooth coordination and timely project completion.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Standards: Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing techniques, technology, and industry standards through ongoing training and education.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ Years of Plumbing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in plumbing installation is necessary. Experience with in-home consultative sales is a plus.
  • Strong Work Ethic and Communication Skills: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions are essential. Good communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills are also required.
  • Physical Ability: The ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces is necessary.
  • Valid Driver's License: A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will be working is required.
