Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our patients, their families, and our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
