Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders and disabilities in a school district. The successful candidate will work on conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the education team.

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SLP with excellent communication and collaboration skills. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to students, contributing to their academic success, and supporting the development of their communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
  • Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings, adapting to students' learning styles.
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and support staff to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders or related field.
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in Hessen Cassel or similar environments.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
