Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Steelcraft Assembler to join our team at Alderette Designs Inc. in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time position working 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm), Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as needed.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, welding and fabricating parts as directed by the supervisor, and adhering to quality and production standards. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a welder/fitter is required, along with AWS certification. Experience with stairs and rail fabrication is highly valued. This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $25-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
