Security Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
Grimmway Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Access Control Monitor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for patrolling our fields and facilities to establish a security presence, investigating security incidents, and ensuring access control policies are followed and enforced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol Grimmway properties to maintain a visible security presence
- Investigate security incidents and ensure access control policies are followed
- Assist the EHS department with various safety-related tasks
Requirements:
- Ability to make sound judgments and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to work with others
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both
- A valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation, and background check
