Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Protection Specialist to join our team in a role where you can make a meaningful impact every day. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service by executing site-specific policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols when necessary.
- Responding effectively to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving demeanor.
- Conducting regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeter areas, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
- Licensing requirements may vary depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
