**The Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Services Manager to join our team and lead the Community Health Access to Addiction and Mental Healthcare Project (CHAMP). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing CHAMP's network of community-based organizations (CBOs) and specialist partner agencies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in public health, nonprofit management, or related fields, with at least five years of experience working in consumer health insurance assistance and/or public health insurance programs. Previous supervisory experience and expertise in mental health conditions is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve CHAMP's services and outcomes
  • Manage CHAMP's network of CBOs and Specialists
  • Oversee contract management and budgeting
  • Supervise CHAMP staff

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Law, Social Work, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in nonprofit and public policy agencies
  • Experience working with people with substance use disorders and mental health conditions
  • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
