Caregiver/CHHA/CNA

Griswold Home Care for Camden County is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide in-home care services to our clients in Camden County, New Jersey.

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
• Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

The compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $23.50 per hour. In addition to competitive pay, eligible employees will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
