Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Proud Moments ABA. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing life-changing treatment to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results
• Support BCBAs with training families on individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, requiring standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and other physical activities

Requirements:

• Access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD (preferred but not required)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $19-$27
