Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
- Develop and update patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team as needed.
- Perform and maintain essential competencies as required by the specific area of hire and population served.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, or less than one year of experience if transitioning from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program.
- BSN in Nursing preferred.
- Specialty Certification is preferred.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS is unit dependent.
